We have three teams that make up UX & Design: Product design, UX development, and FN Labs (our user research, prototyping, and testing team).

I’d say 1–4 projects get demoed during a typical demo. They demo usually goes between 15–60 minutes. Some days there is nothing to demo, and that’s OK.

When you have it only once a week or every two weeks it becomes a status update meeting rather than a feedback session to get people to work together to improve our work.

We save status update stuff for stand ups and meetings like that.
